These bagel chips are SO simple, take only 15 minutes to make, can be salty or sweet {or a bit of both}, and for a snack,are pretty darn healthy.

 

Whole Wheat Bagel Chips

Ingredients

  • 3 mini whole wheat bagels
  • olive oil or cooking spray
  • sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon mixed with 2 tsp sugar

Instructions

  • pre-heat the oven to 350
  • carefully, thinly slice the bagels
  • place them on a baking sheet
  • spray with a fine mist of olive oil {or cooking spray}
  • sprinkle with either the salt or the cinnamon /sugar
  • bake for 15 minutes
