Sugar Cookie Waffles

for National Sugar Cookie Day

Sugar Cookie Waffles

It seems as if there is a day for pretty much any food you can imagine.

Peking Duck…it has a day January 18th

Cold Cuts have a day, March 3rd

Candied Orange Peel, May 4th

There’s even a National Eat What you Want Day – that’s pretty much every day for my kids.

Today happens to be national sugar cookie day, now that’s a day I can celebrate {along with national french fry day on July 13th},

but to be honest with you, making, chilling, rolling out, and baking were not really on  my want to do list.

What was on my want to do list…eat waffles for breakfast, so I made them sugar cookie waffles.
