Steak and French Fry Stir-Fry

steak and french fry stir fry

Ian and I LOVE stir-fry,
and BC
{as in before children}
we would pretty  much stir fry anything we had in the house
serve it over rice
and call it dinner.

Those were some of my favorite meals.

Now, when the kids even think I’m making stir-fry
they run the other way
“eeew, I’m not eating that.”

how do I get the kids on board?

add fries

When I first saw this idea in Food and Wine
I knew it was something I had to make.

You know how I feel about french fries,
and when fries are involved,
I know I can get the kids to eat it as well.
{even if there are a LOT of veggies}

That’s what I call a BIG dinner win.

I toned down the spice so that the kids would enjoy it,
but I do plan on making the spicy version soon!
