this oatmeal cookie smoothie bowl is a new breakfast favorite. it’s healthy, keeps you fueled all morning long, and tastes like you are eating cookies for breakfast. what could be better than that?

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Oat Milk
- 4 medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon and/or vanilla (optional)
Directions:
to make the thickest, creamiest smoothies bowls use frozen bananas. each week i peel, slice, and freeze bananas as part of my meal prep.
we used oat milk to make the smoothie bowl vegan, but use the milk of your choice
to make blending easy, add ingredients into the blender in the order listed – making sure the frozen banana is last
load on the toppings and enjoy!
