I’m sure you have seen magic ice cream all over the internet this summer.
The magic being that it really is just pureed frozen banana.
No milk
No cream
No guilt
{unless of course you smother it in hot fudge}
Yes, it is delicious, but you and I both know that it doesn’t really taste like the real deal.
However, I made an interesting discovery…
When you blend said frozen bananas with International Delight Hot for Cookie gourmet coffee creamer, you have a milk shake that does taste like the real deal. Hot cookie, meets ice cream, and when you add in just a wee bit of fudge and a couple chocolate chips…pure summertime bliss.
What you need:
2 frozen bananas
1 cup of International Delight Hot for Cookie coffee creamer
hot fudge and chocolate chips {optional for garnish}
Place the creamer{first} into a blender jar
add the two frozen bananas {one at a time}
blend until you have your desired consistency
Drizzle hot fudge in glass, and pour in the shake
top with a bit more fudge and a few chocolate chips
