Honestly Good Pomegranate Chicken

I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way…

TOO much to do   TOO little time to get it done

With the  kids getting older, it should be getting easier, but it seems that the days just get busier.  Someone always needs to be dropped off or picked up from one activity or the next.

Last week alone I had three meetings at school, and that was after all of the usual activities and homework.  This left me with exactly 15 minutes  in between.

Um, NO!  I have been working very hard to keep fit and healthy, and teach the kids to do the same.  Don’t think it’s possible when you’re short on time, well it is.

Even getting in a workout…I used to go to the gym, but that takes more time that I have most days.  Barre 3 has got AMAZING workouts that can be done right at home, even if you only have 10 minutes to spare.

What about food?  Fast food does not have to be “junk”.  Lean Cuisine has got a terrific new line  of meals –  Honestly Good.  Not only are these meals quick and easy, they are delicious.  With 6, 100% all natural varieties, there is something for everyone.  I LOVE the Pomegranate Chicken; the sauce, that you add yourself,  is amazing.


The reason we are so busy during the school year, is that I have this need to volunteer at school.  I may complain {well I usually do}, but I LOVE helping wherever I can, and that is something else I LOVE about Lean Cuisine. Together with their Lean Cuisine farmers, they are donating a portion of the vegetables grown for Honestly Good to local communities.

So even on the nights that I have to rush dinner, I can still feel good about what we’re eating.

I do prefer to make dinner for my family, but Target had all 6 meals Honey Citrus Chicken, Lemongrass Salmon, Pineapple Black Pepper Beef, Plum Ginger Grain-Crusted Fish, Pomegranate Chicken, Roasted Red Pepper Chicken , so I  loaded up.  Now I feel prepared for another busy week.
