FROZEN, is number one in our house. Simply rinse and pat dry grapes, put them in a bowl or on a cookie sheet, freeze, and in 2 hours (if you can wait that long) the simplest fruit sorbet ever. I’ve been eating grapes this way since I was a kid, and it is still my favorite afternoon snack.

We also love grapes in salads and smoothies.

This easy, pretty much any time of day or night, smoothie makes a terrific snack or on the go meal.

Blend together 1 sliced banana, 1 cup of frozen grapes, 1 cup of grape juice, and if you like ½ cup Greek yogurt (I prefer mine dairy free, but the yogurt adds protein)

And for my sweets lover Stella, I make the BEST cheesecake dip to spread on graham crackers and then of course decorate with grapes.

Cheesecake dip – blend 4 Tbsp. lite cream cheese with ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt until smooth; spread on graham crackers and top with sliced grapes
