Cold Brewed Biscoff Iced latte
I’m calling it my official drink of the summer
I know, you’re probably thinking lattes are not blog worthy. You may be right. However, I have had one too many watered down hot coffee over ice with milk lattes. And you know they are NOT cheap.
Typically, I prefer just a plain latte. Nothing sweet or fancy, but then I saw that my friend Dorothy visited the Biscoff Coffee Center in San Fran.
Biscoff Latte, I can do that, and with the summer heat, I went with an iced Biscoff latte.
The key to a great iced coffee of any kind…cold brewed coffee.
{you’ll need to plan ahead for this one}
Ingredients
- 3 cups of cold water
- 1 1/2 cups of ground coffee
- 1/2 cup of whole milk
- 2 Tbsp Biscoff cookie spread
Instructions
- Combine the water and coffee, cover and let sit for 24 hours {at room temperature}
- line a mesh strainer with a coffee filter and fit it over a bowl
- slowly pour the coffee into the strainer {it will slowly stream into the bowl}
- pour the coffee into a pitcher and chill for at least 2 hours
- to make the latte:
- pour 1/2 - 1 cup of coffee over ice
- combine 1/2 cup of cold milk and the 2 tbsp of Biscoff
- whisk well {you may also use a blender} until the milk is smooth
- pour over the coffee
- stir and serve
Like I said, it’s not much of a recipe, but it’s too good not to share, and we could all use a Biscoff latte to get us through the long summer days.
Enjoy!

Excellent! I found blending the coffee with the milk mixture worked better for me. For those interested in WW points – 5.5 if using almond milk with 5 pts being the spread alone.
