Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter {peanut butter cup} Cookies
Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter
Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
doubledecker stuffed cookies to celebrate the holidays
If you happen to follow along on Facebook or Instagram you may have seen a few pictures of my weekend.
Okay, maybe more than a few, but it isn’t everyday that you are invited to cook in the Pillsbury kitchens.
It was the MOST amazing weekend; I’m still on cloud nine.
I have loved Pillsbury for years, and yes I DO enter the bake-off each year, but now I am simply smitten.
We chatted, ate, laughed, baked, ate some more, laughed a lot more, and learned SO much. I think it’s honest to say none of us was ready for the weekend to end.
I met so many of my blogging idols, and left completely inspired {and also slightly hoarse}.
Even though I did not want to leave, I could not wait to get into the kitchen, and well what could be better than cookies at holiday time.
One part of our Pillsbury experience was cookie making. You name it, we could use it. There were swirls, cookie cups, cinnamon rolls, jelly filled, and of course lots of chocolate. Someone even made a double layer cookie. What a brilliant idea, with endless possibilities. Right away I knew what I wanted to do.
Ingredients
- 1 tube of Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 1 tube of Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
- 32 mini peanut butter cups {chopped}
Instructions
- slice each tube of cookie dough into 16 cookie rounds
- place 2 chopped peanut butter cups on each peanut butter cookie round
- top with a chocolate chip cookie round
- press the edges together to seal, and gently roll out to press cookie layers together
- bake @350 for 10 - 12 minutes on an un-greased cookie sheet

Can I just say, my kids think these are the best cookie ever, although it’s hard to go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter.
