one of my biggest concerns when it comes to the kids’ health, is that they don’t eat enough greens. so I try to sneak them in whenever i can, and what better way than with a thick and delicious berry green  smoothie bowl.

  • 1 cup of earthbound farms kale (or spinach, or mixed greens)
  • 1 cup of apple juice or unsweetened Silk almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries (or mixed berries)
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • toppings - strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries granola,, nuts, chia seeds


  • place ingredients (everything but the toppings) in a high speed blender
  • blend until smooth (it will be very thick)
  • pour in a bowl, and add desired toppings
