Greek Yogurt Baked Custard

Fruit tarts, are one of my favorite desserts. In fact, I think it was one of the first desserts I ever made.

But…you know I have a crust issue. It’s not that I don’t like crust, I just cannot ever seem to make a good one. Tarts are OK; pies, forget about it. So, if it’s all the same to you, I prefer to leave that part off.

Then I suppose you would just have custard and fruit {the best parts if you ask me}. Β The kids didn’t seem all that excited.

Crisp, now that’s a crust Β I can handle, and the kids LOVE crisp.

{fyi – when the kids are happy, the mom is happy}

Baked Strawberry Custard {made with Greek yogurt}

Baked in individual jars

{because everything looks so cute in jars}

I even went ahead and made a better – for – you custard with Greek yogurt.

Who needs to feel guilty for eating dessert? Not me that’s for sure.

This was my first dessert using Greek yogurt custard, and I am hooked. Β I see chocolate custard popping up on the blog before too long.
