I know it’s strange, but I am one of those people that is always thinking about what I am going to eat next.   Even more when I am in the middle of say a 21 day cleanse.  Lately, I have been obsessed with snacks.  

These spicy, crunchy chickpeas to be exact.

Have you tried roasting your chickpeas yet?   They are addicting.




These Sriracha Chickpeas require only 2 ingredients -a can of chickpeas and sriracha.




Sriracha Roasted Chickpeas


  • 1 15 ounce can of chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha


  • pre-heat the oven to 400
  • drain and rinse the chickpeas
  • in a bowl combine the beans with the sriracha
  • toss to coat evenly
  • spread them evenly on a lined baking sheet
  • bake for 35 - 40 minutes
  • the roasted chickpeas will stay crunchy for a few days if kept in an airtight container


At first bite, you may think they need more sriracha, but trust me, after the first few handfuls, you’ll feel the heat.

Like I said, they are addicting, I may suggest making two cans so you have some to share.
