Homemade Creme Fraiche
I am a DIYer,
especially when it comes to food.
If you can buy it,
you can make it…
my motto for sure.
We garden for vegetables.
We have chickens for the eggs, and
I’ve been begging my husband for YEARS for a goat,
so that I would be able to make goat cheese.
SO…I was more than a little surprised to find out that is was SUPER easy to make creme fraiche.
And I LOVE creme fraiche.
It is delicious in almost anything,
but my favorite…
berries, a little brown sugar, and a dollop of creme on top
Simple, but amazing.
it’s not much of a recipe,
but I wanted to pass it along anyway.
