There’s a new love in my life…Biscoff spread.

Why I waited SO long to try it I’ll never know, but now that I have,I find myself slightly addicted. My Biscoff to-do list is a large one, and I’m thinking I need to buy it in bulk.

The granola I made last week was amazing, and I knew I wanted to try another breakfast/snack recipe. Banana bread makes a perfect canvas.

Not wanting to ignore my first true love, I marbled the Biscoff  with nutella.  Both spreads are sweet, so there was no need to add any extra sugar, and of course I included  Greek yogurt.

Biscoff and Nutella swirl Banana Bread

  • 3 ripe bananas {well mashed}
  • 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup of Biscoff spread
  • 1/3 nutella

  • combine the dry ingredients and set aside
  • mix the bananas, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla until well blended
  • stir in the dry ingredients
  • divide the batter in half
  • add the Biscoff to one bowl{blend well}
  • add the nutella to the other bowl {again blend well}
  • spoon the batter into a well greased loaf pan
  • alternate scoops of Biscoff with nutella {I had 4 sections of each in the pan - like a checkerboard}
  • run a knife through the batter to marble
  • bake @350 for one hour
  • allow to cool slightly in the loaf pan, and then complete cooling on a rack

Banana bread is delicious on it’s own, but add a little butter, Biscoff spread, or nutella…

so what if I ate it for breakfast, lunch, and a snack

it’s fruit right?
