Banana Bread  with Chocolate Chips

Grain Free Banana Bread -

Surprise. Surprise. I have another grain free recipe for you today.

Believe it or not,  going grain free has been MUCH easier than I thought it would be.

Dairy, now that is another story entirely, but grain free is a breeze. Especially when you can eat  pumpkin muffins and  banana bread.

Grain Free Banana Bread

Most grain free baking involves using coconut and almond flours, so of course the texture will be a bit different than what you are used to, but this loaf is incredibly moist and full of banana flavor. I didn’t even need to add sweetener, but if you like it sweet, go for it. Honey or pure maple syrup would be delicious. What I did add was chocolate chips, and I highly recommend you do the same.

Banana Bread - grain free

like sprinkles, you can never have too many chocolate chips
