2 weeks with Weight Watcher’s Simple Start



I was given a free one month subscription to Weight Watchers to try their new Simple Start plan and write about my experience. Though I was compensated for my time and commitment, views are 100% my own


Here we are already, almost three weeks into the new year. If you made healthy resolutions, are they working?

I am happy to report that mine are {mostly}, and mainly because I have  had help

Weight Watcher’s Simple Start

I’m not a “diet” person, and I wasn’t really sure about counting numbers, logging what I eat… but I have really enjoyed the Weight Watcher’s program, especially Simple Start.

First off, it was SO much simpler than I thought,and having to be accountable for what I ate, helped me to make better choices {and that was really my main goal for this year}

I am still so shocked that I can eat ANY fruits and veggies I want and they are zero points.  ZERO

With Simple Start I  looked beyond the box for my breakfast


I’ve learned to use my fruits and veggies in different ways

and I’ve discovered how delicious eating healthy can be

Plus, the app makes menu planning a breeze, and it has gotten me to use the meal and shopping pages in my blog planner EVERY week so far. Having everything I  need at home to make easy and delicious meals is a BIG part of my success.
